Maintenance & Care
Proper daily care ensures better performance, longer lifespan, and fewer repairs. Here are some simple tips to keep your devices in top shape.
Daily Care Tips
  • Wipe down your hearing aids with a clean, dry cloth at the end of each day
  • Open the battery door or charging lid overnight to allow moisture to escape
  • Avoid getting them wet — hearing aids are moisture-resistant, but not waterproof
  • Keep devices away from heat sources (hair dryers, radiators, etc.)
  • Remove before applying hair spray, perfume, or face creams
Weekly Maintenance
  • Use a cleaning brush or tool to gently clear microphone and receiver ports.
  • Inspect for earwax or dust buildup.
  • Recharge fully at least once a week (for rechargeable models).
  • Change ear tips or domesif they appear worn or dirty.
  • Optional: Use a hearing aid drying box or dehumidifier overnight.
