On March 22, Boin Hearing and Sichuan Nursing College signed a strategic cooperation agreement, focusing on education and technological innovation in the field of hearing rehabilitation, jointly promoting the development of China's hearing rehabilitation industry and related sectors.
Attending the signing ceremony were Ms. Gong Li, Deputy Director of the Science and Education Department of the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission; Professor Lu Wei, Chairman of the Hearing Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association; Ms. Wang Liqun, Secretary-General of the Hearing Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association; Mr. Jiang Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sichuan Nursing College; Ms. Zhang Xiangeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Sichuan Nursing College; Mr. Meng Xiaoxing, former Second-Level Inspector of the Sichuan Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation; and Mr. Jiang Xianquan, Chairman and CEO of Boin Hearing, along with over 80 industry experts and school representatives. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Jiang Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sichuan Nursing College.
At the beginning of the event, Professor Lu Wei, Chairman of the Hearing Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association, delivered a speech expressing hope that both parties would take this strategic collaboration as a new starting point to further leverage their advantages, promote effective recovery for hearing-impaired individuals, and advance the development of China's hearing rehabilitation industry and related sectors.
In her address, Ms. Gong Li, Deputy Director of the Science and Education Department of the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission, stated that the establishment of the Boin Hearing Rehabilitation Industry College by both parties marks a good beginning for deepening scientific research cooperation. She hopes that both sides will fully utilize their foundations and advantages in the field of hearing health to serve as a model for collaboration between educational institutions and enterprises.
Ms. Zhang Xiangeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Sichuan Nursing College, emphasized that the joint establishment of the industry college with Boin Hearing is a significant and celebratory event for Sichuan Nursing College. It also represents the implementation of the "Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan," deepening the reform of the modern vocational education system, promoting the integration of industry and education, accelerating the application of new quality productive forces in the health sector, and advancing high-quality development of both the college and the enterprise.
In his speech, Mr. Jiang Xianquan, Chairman and CEO of Boin Hearing, stated: "Through this collaboration to establish the 'Boin Hearing Rehabilitation Industry College,' we aim to fully leverage the resource advantages of both parties, jointly promote the high-quality development of China's hearing industry and hearing rehabilitation education, form new quality productive forces, and contribute to the realization of Chinese modernization."
The Boin Hearing will invest funds, equipment, teaching training, and practice bases into the industry college collaboration project. With the joint efforts of both parties, the Boin Hearing Rehabilitation Industry College will be developed into a brand college offering academic education, cultivating high-end professionals in the hearing industry, and providing vocational training for hearing specialists. The establishment of the industry college represents an entirely new attempt for both the hearing industry and the health system, pioneering efforts nationwide and filling the gap in vocational training system education for the hearing industry and sector.
Subsequently, witnessed by all attendees, Ms. Zhang Xiangeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Sichuan Nursing College, and Mr. Jiang Xianquan, Chairman and CEO of Boin Hearing, signed the strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties, adhering to the principles of "advantageous cooperation, resource sharing, altruistic openness, mutual benefit, and common development," will integrate high-quality resources and establish a strategic cooperative relationship.
According to the agreement, Boin Hearing Group and Sichuan Nursing College will take the lead in establishing the "Boin Hearing Rehabilitation Industry College," focusing on deepening cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, industry development, vocational skills training, scientific research and team building, and social services.
